Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Club Vini Ltd. collect and store data as part normal business transactions. This site also collects data through “ Subscribe to our newsletter “. This data is stored on the Website provider servers under “Contacts” feature. Access to the website admin portal is protected by passwords available to Club Vini admin staff only. Customer Financial details such as Credit card details are not accessed nor stored by Club Vini Ltd. Payment details are submitted by the customer as part of a normal transaction activity.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data

It stores and uses it only with the customer’s consent and does not share with third parties other than when it is to safeguard customers financial integrity as highlighted above.Club Vini Ltd may also share customers personal data when required by law to investigate fraudulent transactions or pursue legal means to recover debts.
