The scent is clear with subtle aromas of yeasts and bread crusts which are added to classic fruity and floral notes. Harmonious, ample, creamy, clean and with a pleasant sour note. Ideal as an aperitif, excellent with first and second fish and shellfish. Aged 18 months on the lees.
